Yes, we do offer a vast variety of Ziyarat included Umrah packages to our valued customers. These packages include Ziyarats to House of Prophet (PBUH), Masjid-e-Quba, Masjid-e-Qiblatain, Jannat-ul-Baqi, Arafat, Mina, Mountain Thour, Mountain Hira, Uhad Mountain, Mountain Al Noor, Jannat-ul-Maula and other holy sites in both Makkah & Medina. You can also freely ask us to add ground transportation in your Umrah packages that picks you up from right outside your accommodation in both the holy cities and take you for Ziyarat to numerous holy sites. For your better convenience, the driver appointed to take you for Ziyarat is knowledgeable enough to act as a tour guide.

What type of ground transportation can I add in my Umrah packages?

Can I visit other cities of KSA by booking Umrah package with you?

No! when you book an Umrah package with us then you are only permitted to visit three cities – Jeddah, Makkah, and Medina – because all of our Umrah packages include only Umrah Visa, not a tourist visa. The Saudi Government is working on relaxing these rules but has not declared any announcement yet. Visits to other cities of KSA will not be a part of the Umrah package you choose or design at AlHaram Travel. We will update this space once the rules reflect in the visa system.

Can I get an Umrah visa without having a British Passport?

Yes, you may have an Umrah visa without having a British Passport, if:

• You have a passport endorsed with “indefinite stay”
• You are living with your British National spouse
• You have a work permit visa
• You have a student visa

Which documents are required to get an Umrah visa?

Umrah Visa can only be obtained through an authorised Umrah Agency’ that is approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Choose AlHaram Travel as we are an authorised and approved agency from the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Our Visa Processing Department has direct access to the online portal of the Saudi Embassy that enables us to issue 4 digit license number on behalf of the Saudi Authority. To get your visa without any hassles, you just need to send us the following documents:

• One recent passport size photograph with white background
• A newly converted Muslim required a certificate from a mosque or an Islamic center stating that the applicant is a Muslim
• A valid passport for at least 6 months from the date of submission of the application form
• A marriage certificate for wife or birth certificate for kids accompanied by their husband or Father

Where can I get guidance on how to perform Umrah and its various rites?

Are there any age restrictions while traveling on Umrah trip?

No! For the Umrah trips there is no age restriction but an adult must accompany all children under the age of 18 throughout their blessed Umrah journey. Younger children can go for Umrah but check the flight booking policies for the minimum age and ticketing policies regarding children of various ages. Most of the airlines provide free traveling to children below 2 years of age whereas, children older than 2 years and below the age of 12 have to pay partial amount of flight tickets. Can I select how many people will be accompanying me on my blessed Umrah trip?

Performing rites of Umrah with people you know doubles the pleasure and excitement of gaining blessings. That is why we give you the option to select your pilgrim group size. This means if your group is small with 2 or more people or a large group of more than 10 pilgrims, most of our Umrah packages you can book are designed to facilitate any group size. Specially, these packages include flights of same airlines together and hotel rooms on sharing basis. Our booked vehicles through partnered transport service providers are purposefully booked to carry up to 24 pilgrims at a time.

What if I cancel my Umrah package after booking?

Payment is required in full for visa processing – this is a requirement by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah. Refunds on the ground arrangements portion cannot be given. Depending on the ticket type we may be able to refund the ticket after cancellation charge has been deducted as per the airlines’ policy. But if the ticket has not yet been issued, then there will be no cancellation charges whatsoever.

Can a lady travel by herself to perform Umrah?

It is a requirement of the Shariah as well as the Saudi government also prohibits a woman travelling alone to perform Umrah and presence of a mahram i.e. father, son, brother, nephew, or husband is a must when departing for Umrah. However, women above the age of 45 or above can perform Umrah by herself. For this we have designed a number of lady only Umrah packages for your selection. How Do I Split my Nights During Sacred Journey to Makkah and Medina?

If you are confused about how to split the nights during a virtuous trip towards Makkah and Medina, then just contact our well-trained tour advisors that will give you the best suggestions upon using their years of experience. However, we offer different Umrah packages in which you will find the best fit for how much nights you can spend in Makkah or Medina. You can choose any of them. Following are a few practices done by pilgrims:

• If you want to choose 10 days Umrah Package, then we suggest you to split the total duration in half. Let’s say 5 nights in Makkah, 5 in Medina
• If you want to complete 40 prayers in the Masjid Nabawi then spend 8 nights in Medina and remaining in Makkah.
• If you want to spend a few days in Makkah to perform Umrah first, then go to Medina and then again come back to Makkah and leave from Jeddah. If you want this, then choose our Umrah package include 3 nights Makkah, 5 Nights Medina, and 3 Nights Makkah again.

Can I go for Umrah with Disabled Person?

The Umrah is physically demanding and should be undertaken only by those who are fit enough to perform the rites. However, if adequate preparations are made, the disabled Muslims can fulfil their wish of performing Umrah. Under our monthly option, pay a small initial amount and then follow up with equal monthly payments.

Low Deposit + Three Instalments

With this plan, pay a low deposit at initial booking and then pay the remaining amount in three equal instalments.

Standard Deposit + Two Equal Instalments

In this plan, you split the total cost in two equal payments and pay the first half at the time of booking and pay the second half 30 days before your departure dates.
